As the health, safety and wellbeing of our guests and employees remains our top priority, ECN hospitality group will take the necessary steps in accordance with local public health authorities to provide increased sanitary measures.

Please see below our hygiene management/operational guideline.
【Hygiene Management】
-Thoroughly disinfect the common areas (door knobs, chairs, counters, tables, restrooms, etc.) frequently.
-All staff will wear masks and thoroughly wash their hands and disinfect their hands frequently.
-Kitchen staff will wear masks and gloves.
-We will adjust the layout so that there is enough space between the tables.
-Taking into account the health management of staff, we will carry out temperature checks when arriving at work.
-We will take reservations slightly staggered so that customers do not wait to congregate at reception.
-We will set a limit on the number of customers so that congestion does not occur.
-We will remove the salt and pepper mill from the table. Guests can request to the staff if required.

-Please refrain from coming to restaurants if you have a fever or cough.
-Please cooperate for reception staff taking temperature and alcohol spray your hands upon arrival (use a non-contact thermometer).
-Please wash and disinfect your hands before and after meals and after using the restroom.
-To limit the number of customers, we may ask you to visit us at different times.
-Please respect and follow social distancing and safety protocols recommended by the public health office.
